Cleanliness drive launched at JMCH

FROM A CORRESPONDENT

JORHAT, Jan 6: A team of the 119th battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) led by Commandant Balram Behra in collaboration with Jorhat Medical College Hospital (JMCH) has launched a cleanliness drive under the Swachh Bharat Mission to clean the main pond situated at the right hand side of the JMCH main entrance gate. Notably the action has once again brought back the pond back to life which was otherwise dumped with different wastages.

JMCH Superintendent informed The Sentinel that the cleaning drive will continue as long as the last dump is removed. “I thank the CRPF Commandant Balram Behra for taking the initiation on the first day of the New Year,” he said.
