Closure order of wine shops hailed

SHILLONG, April 7: The Southern Border Welfare Organization has expressed contentment at the closure of wine stores in the state.  In a statement, the organization said, “The tiol Highway Authority of India has since the beginning ordered the closure of wine stores that falls under the jurisdiction of NHAI and within 200 meters distance from schools and religious places.”
