CM holds meet for beautification of Tura town

SHILLONG, Feb 9: Keeping in line with the State Government’s agenda of promoting Meghalaya as a destition, Chief Minister Dr. Mukul Sangma on Monday met the representatives of village development committees, Tura Traders’ Union and other stakeholders to discuss the beautification of Tura and making the town and localities in it the most livable, safe and secure. Deputy Commissioner, West Garo Hills, Pravin Bakshi, Chairman, Tura Municipal Board, Donbosh Sangma and Chief Executive Officer of the Board, S.B. Marak, were among others present at the meeting.
