CM interacts with school students

TURA, July 2: Chief Dr Mukul Sangma paid a visit to Educere Higher Secondary School and interacted with its founder Principal Gamchi Tamrey R. Marak, teachers, students and parents at Williamgar on Saturday evening, a press release said.
He also iugurated the extended building of the school which was constructed under Chief Minister’s Special Urban Development Fund.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by Minister for School Education & Literacy Deborah Marak and Parliamentary Secretaries Brigady Marak, Cherak W. Momin, Sengm Marak and Marthone J. Sangma among others during the visit.
Speaking to the gathering, the Chief Minister expressed a deep sense of appreciation to the founder and magement of the school for establishing such a self-motivated and vibrant institution when the region needed it most and for maging to sustain it despite the challenges.
He assured the school that they can then expect to be a part of many good things that was going to happen in the region.
