CM receives tiol Games 2022 - Host City contract documents

Shillong, March 28: Minister Sports Banteidor Lyngdoh handed over the tiol Games 2022 - Host City contract to Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Wednesday in the presence of officials of Meghalaya State Olympic Association and officials of Sports Department. This has been stated in a Chief Minister’s Office communiqué. 

Following the handing over of the Host City Contract, Chief Minister held a brief meeting with the officials to discuss on measures to be taken up by the State to host the tiol Games in the State.

The Chief Minister said that the tiol Games 2022 should be taken up with an agenda to facelift the sport infrastructure, build tourism, marketing of the State and development of sports culture in Meghalaya, the communiqué added.
