CM urged to revive SSB Volunteers scheme

UDALGURI, January 16: The chief adviser of All Assam SSB volunteers Association & MCLA BTC Prodeep Kumar Daimary met the Chief Minister of Assam Tarun Gogoi at Dispur recently and requested him to revive the scheme of SSB volunteers to help the administration in maintaining law and order in the state. The chief adviser also sent the lists of SSB volunteers of Assam to the Joint Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, Shambhu Singh along with a reminder to address the problems of the volunteers.
