In his resigtion letter, the senior tea tribe leader also made some questions to Akhil Gogoi like the results of the movement of land pattas, Corruptions of the Congress government and the sacrifices of the martyrs those lost their lives in KMSS agitations.

“I, on behalf of the people of the state, want to know from Akhil Gogoi as to why Akhil Gogoi has compromised with Congress party after a pregnt KMSS worker was sustained miscarriage on assault of the forces of ruling Congress government during a protest programme, as to why he forget about the ultimate sacrifice of martyrs like Prab Bodo and Ruhul Ali only to fulfill his vested interests?” Tanti said.
