CMSS to gherao residence of Digboi MLA

MARGHERITA, Dec 21: The Chaatra Mukti Sangram Samity (CMSS), Tinsukia District Committee will gherao the residence of Digboi MLA Rameswar Dhanowar on December 28. Lakhyajyoti Gogoi and Pappu Dutta, president and secretary of Chaatra Mukti Sangram Samity Tinsukia District Committee respectively, said that Digboi MLA Rameswar Dhanowar who has been representing Digboi for 38 years had not did any development work in his constituency and had not been able to solve the unemployment problem in Digboi. They alleged that as Digboi MLA, Dhanowar did precious little to improve the condition of the government educatiol institutions and instead started educatiol institutions like RD Junior College and RD Junior Academy. The student leaders demanded that RD Junior College and RD Junior Academy should be closed down.
