Coaching camp in progress

GUWAHATI, May 6: An intensive coaching camp for Indian Railway’s volley ball players are being held at the NF Railway Indoor Stadium. The camp is being held for both men and women players who are presently representing various zones of Indian Railways. It can be mentioned here that Indian Railways is reigning champion of the World Railways Volleyball Championship held during 2014-15 and also bagged title in the Senior tiol Volleyball Championship held in 2015-16. The Indian Railway Women Volleyball team has won the Senior tiol Women Volleyball Championship for ten times in a row.  Men players of repute who are participating in the coaching camp included  Bharanidharan,  Manikandan, Vignish, Anth, Joseph, Pravakaran, Piraisoodan, Elango, Bhumithan, Balaganesh, Srinivasan, Sandeep Kumar, rendra Kumar, Sohan Kumar, Rohit Ra, Karan choudhury and Md. Salauddin Khan. Women players included Priyanka Bora, Priyanka Ashoke Khedkar, Hemlata Kelkar, Nishhya Joseph, Smisha, K.Babita, Nirmal, Ruksa Khatun, Anusri Ghosh, Preeti Singh, Beauti Kumar, rmada, Purnima and Athhira.
