Computers looted from school

JOYSAGAR, April 26:  Some unidentified miscreants looted as many as 12 computers from a higher secondary school of Sivasagar on Monday. As per reports received, a highly sophisticated group of thieves with arms and other sharp weapons entered the Dilihi Higher Secondary School, Dhai Ali, Sivasagar at night on Monday. Taking advantage of heavy rainfall on that night, the gang allegedly looted as many as 12 computers from the computer room of the school. The incident came to light the next day and the school authority lodged an FIR in Sivasagar Sadar PS. Police have registered a case and started investigation.
