Conference at DK college

MIRZA, Feb 20: An intertiol conference is going to be held at the Dakshin Kamrup College here at Mirza from March 14.  The proposed conference is being organized by the Department of History, stated a press release issued by the Principal of the educatiol institution, Ramesh Kalita. The release said the theme of the conference is “Rethinking Colonialism and Globalization – Historical Saga of India from the 19th century onwards”. The last date for submission of abstracts written within 300 words is February 28. Contributors of selected abstracts will be intimated separately by March 1 next, while the last date for submission of full copy of abstract is March 10. Late submission of abstracts and full paper will not be entertained, stated the communique.
