Congress candidates to face challenge from BJP, AIUDF in three LACs in gaon

GAON (HAIBARGAON), March 30: Out of eight LAC seats in entire gaon district, in three LAC seats BJP and Congress candidates will directly face a tough confrontation with each other.

Especially in gaon Sadar LAC, Samaguri and Batradava LACs, the BJP candidates have brought a fresh challenge to the Congress candidates like heavyweight candidate Rokibul Hussain and MLAs Dr. Durlav Chamua and Goutam Bora respectively of Samaguri, gaon Sadar and Batradava LACs. Interestingly in all these LACs, Congress MLAs have been domiting over the years except Dr. Chamua who has ruled for only five years.

In Samaguri which has been represented by powerful minister and Congress leader Rokibul Hussain, this time he will face challenge from BJP candidate Jitu Goswami who is trying to approach voters day and night. Goswami is trying to woo the voters of the constituency.  Goswami has also taken the help of digital technology to woo voters.

Similarly, in Sadar LAC Congress candidate and MLA Dr Durlav Chamua may also face challenge from both BJP candidate Rupak Sarma and AIUDF candidate Kartik Shaha. All of them are trying to approach the voters of the constituency.

On the other hand, in Batradava LAC Congress candidate and MLA Goutam Bora will also face a  tough fight from both BJP and AIUDF candidates Angurlata Deka and jiruddin Ahmed respectively.
