Congress' poor show in Dhubri civic polls

Dhubri, February 12: The Congress party performed miserably in the Dhubri civic polls as it maged to win only three seats out of 14 while the BJP grabbed 9 and the rest two went to independent candidates. In Chapar Town Committe, the Congress won two, while the BJP won three, the AIUDF won one and three went to independent candidates. In the Gauripur Town Committee, BJP got two, while the BPF and the AIUDF got one each.
