Congress road blockade

Jagiroad, August 24:The Morigaon congress committee has observed an one hour long tiol highway blockade programme  demanding the repairing and the reconstruction of the dilapidated NH-37 all over the state. The programme was  attended by APCC general secretary Hiranya th, Morigaon distrcit committee president Bir Kumar Konwar. They   later on submitted a memorandum to the circle officer, Morigaon district.
