Congress to restore Govt in Arucahal: APCC

Itagar, Oct 15: The Congress will soon bounce back to power in Aruchal Pradesh and this time the opposition, which has adopted an undemocratic approach and stched away all our MLAs, will get a befitting reply, Aruchal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) chief Takam Sanjoy said on Saturday.
Sanjoy, who was at Likabali in West Siang district to iugurate the Block Congress Committee (BCC) office, said that the (BJP) had taken away all its legislatures by alluring them of fincial support and for this it would soon face the heat, a party release informed.
“Congress is going to give a suitable reply to the BJP as it is in a mission mode now. We believe in democracy and we will restore our government in the State. It is only the Congress which can and has been able to bring peace, harmony and development to Aruchal,” asserted Sanjoy.
Addressing the local people, the APCC in-charge said that Likabali, which is a historic town inhabited by the Galo brethrens, have been continuously supporting Congress since time immemorial.
“With the opening of a BCC office at Likabali the APCC has started its first leg of ‘Mission Aruchal 2019. Our mission is to reunite the lost leaders, workers, youths and supporters of Congress and to come back into power by 2019,” said Sanjoy.
All India Mahila Congress Committee (AIMCC) general secretary, Jarjum Ete in her speech said that the Congress has never betrayed its supporters and well-wisher.
