Consecration ceremony of Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra held

Silchar, April 30: A whopping number of 10285 people took Diksha under Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra Chakravarty through Arkadyuti Chakravarty, the great grandson of the revered Sree Sree Thakur Anukulchandra on Sunday. The holy consecration ceremony began from early morning at the premises of Satsang Vihar Ashram, Ashram Road of this town. A large number of devotees assembled for taking the holy mantra from Arkadyuti Chakravarty who is also known as Babaidada. Later, Babaidada went to Rajiv Bhawan and Hasi Khushi Bhawan and gave the sacred mantra to the followers.

 Despite a huge number of people, the volunteers were on their toes to keep the sanctity of the Ashram intact. They helped people in maintaining proper queues. The followers were provided with all kinds of facilities and services. A large number of people were seen making a beeline for the Ashram to take Diksha from him. Sree Sree Ankul Thakur’s five tenets of Jajan which means elevating oneself by following an ideal for living, Jaajan, exalting others through active service, Ishtavrity, a daily love offering, Swastayani,  a basic principle to achieve a healthy, happy and ideal life and Sadachar, embracing everything existential, forms the basis of the teachings of this God man. He was the founder of Satsang which is at Deoghar in Bihar.
