Cooking show organized by Rotary Club of Green Land Silchar

Silchar: A grand cooking show in two categories was organized by Rotary Club of Green Land Silchar at Goldighi Municipal Mall here on Monday. A total number of 27 participants took part in the event titled ‘Greenland Pous Parban Utsav’, the grand cooking show.

The two categories included making pithe puli and snacks. Anjana Chakraborty, Meenakshi Bhattacharjee and Anusha Choudhury bagged 1st, 2nd and 3rd positions respectively in the pithe puli making event. Mousomi Bhattacharjee and Geetashree Das won 1st and 2nd prizes respectively in the snacks making event. Sudha Mundra and Surita Sen adjudged the winners.
