Cooperative weaving centre for women iugurated

TINSUKIA, Jan 12: As a part of the Sadbhava Project, the Daisajan Army camp of 7 Madras Regiment under DAO division in Tinsukia district iugurated a cooperative weaving centre for women at Jutlibari on Thursday which was established by the Army. Iugurated by Col K ir and Col Aveesh Singh, this social welfare project is aimed to generate skilled women among the Moran community to mitigate unskilled women unemployment in the locality. The Army also doted two embroidery machines, 15 sewing machines, furniture and other infrastructure on the occasion.
