CoSAAP calls on CM, submits memo

Itagar, May 20: A delegation of the Confederation of Service Associations of Aruchal Pradesh (CoSAAP) today called on Chief Minister bam Tuki and demanded enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years, review of NOC matter on promotion and retirement with regard to land encroachment by employees and review of order requiring graduate for promotion to Group B & A posts.While submitting an eight-point memorandum for immediate redressal, the CoSAAP further demanded restoration of lateral entry in APCS (EG) as per origil Rules, Grant of transportation allowances, children education allowances, release of 6% DA/ DR due w.e.f.  January 01, 2015 and not to constitute State Pay Commission. The CM has assured to look into the matter and take up the issue with the state cabinet and the authority concerned  for necessary action, the CoSAAP said.The 23 member CEC, CoSAAP delegation was lead by its president and general secretaries of APCS Officers Association and Fince and Accounts Service Association, stated a press release.
