CoSAAP reiterates demands

Itagar, May 17: The Confederation of Service Associations of Aruchal Pradesh (CoSAAP) in its central executive committee meeting held here on Saturday resolved to urge the state government to consider its genuine demands including demand for enhancement of retirement age from 58 years to 60 years.

In continuation of resolutions adopted in its second general conference on April 25 last, the CoSAAP resolved that government should withdraw its order requiring producing of NOC for promotion and retirements matters.

Opposing constitution of State Pay Commission, the CoSAAP in its meeting decided to urge the government to review its order which stipulates compulsory minimum graduates to qualify for promotions to group ‘B’ & ‘A’ posts. Other  demands include restoration of lateral entry system in APCS entry grade as per origil system, grant of transport and children education allowances and release of  6 per cent DA & DR due from January 1 this year.
