Country-made gun factory busted in Darrang

MANGALDAI, June 14: In a major achievement, a team of Darrang Police led by Officer in-Charge of Dhula Police Station, Sub Inspector Ranjit Hazarika on Monday busted a country-made gun and gun powder factory in a remote area at No.2 Magurmari Kalai Char on the Brahmaputra.

A large number of materials used for making country-made gun and gun powder were recovered during the raid. Two persons involved in manufacturing of illegal arms and ammunition have also been arrested.
