Court reserves order in defamation complaint against AAP leaders

New Delhi, Aug 8: A court here on Tuesday reserved order on a defamation complaint seeking action against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP spokesperson Sanjay Singh over the May 10 attack by a person on suspended AAP leader Kapil Mishra. Additiol Senior Civil Judge V. K. Gautam said that he will deliver order or seek clarification, if required, on August 23 on the issue of summoning accused in the case or not. Ankit Bhardwaj, state executive member of BJYM, a youth wing of BJP, filed a defamation case against Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) spokesperson Singh, seeking the court’s order to prosecute them.  (IANS)
