Cricket Club of Dibrugarh emerge champs

Dibrugarh, March28: The  Cricket Club of Dibrugarh  team were declared as champions after they defeated Super Nova Club of  Lakhimpur by 57 runs  in the fil of J.K.M. Trophy Cricket, which was organized in Dibrugarh Jalan Outdoor Stadium Playground on Monday.
The champions team were awarded with a trophy and one lakh rupees , while the first runners up team received a trophy along with a cash prize of rupees 50 thousand.
Batting first, Dibrugarh Cricket Club after scored 130 runs in 20 overs losing 6 wickets, while Lakhimpur team in 18.2 overs scored 73 runs. Soumik Das of Cricket Club of Dibrugarh was felicitated with the Man of the Match title trophy, while Man of the Series title was achieved by Arpan Dutta of the same team.
