CRPF dotes school library

JOYSAGAR, Oct 6:  Unit  149 CRPF  camping  at Rangghar Chariali near Joysagar has formally doted a School Library at Betbari  H.S. School near Sivasagar Town recently. The Library was dedicated to the rural students of  greater Betbari and Sukan Pukhuri  area and it was med after Swahid Bipin Rai Das.

Late Bipin Ray Das was a CRPF persol and he died in an operation against the xals in Jharkhand few years ago. Swahid Bipin Ray Das hailed from greater Sukan Pukhuri  area and to give him permanent regard, CRPF decided to built this School Library in Betbari HS School. This was revealed by CRPF Addl. DGP Raja Gopal Bhatt Rai in his speech. He also appealed the students to work hard so that they could acquire multi purpose skill and knowledge. This library would help students for their better studies, Bhatt Rai hoped. The library iugural function was chaired by School Principal  F. D. Chutia where 149 CRPF Commandant Subir Kumar took part as guest. Besides local villagers, ATASU Sukan Pukhuri Unit and many students were present in the function.
