CRPF jawan cremated

MIRZA, July 6: The mortal remains of CRPF jawan Dibakar Das, son of Chandra Das of Loharghat, was cremated on his own land at Sotpur Tinichowk near Loharghat at Palasbari today, amid the presence of top CRPF officials, with full military honours. The CRPF jawan had been killed by miscreants at a Daprigo, a remote place near Itagar in Aruchal Pradesh on July 3.  Dibakar and another jawan from Bihar had sustained injuries and admitted to hospital in critical condition. Dibakar succumbed to his injuries on July 4. The local people and organizations paid tribute to Das.
Dibakar leaves behind his wife, a three-year-old son, his parents and brothers.
Aruchal Pradesh police and the CRPF have already arrested the miscreants.
