CRPF officers calls on Governor Mukhi

GUWAHATI, Jan 25: A group of 11 Officer Trainees of CRPF called on Governor Prof. Jagdish Mukhi  at the  Raj Bhawan on Thursday. Welcoming the officers to Assam, the Governor exhorted them to work for the unity and integrity of the tion. The Governor also lauded the role of CRPF in restoring normalcy in Assam. The group was accompanied by IGP CRPF NES Sh. Prakash D., IPS.

Earlier the training module was iugurated by the IGP NES at the Group Centre campus at Khapara. The Officer  Trainees were briefed about the current security scerio in the North East.  DIG GC Sh. R. M. Mee, DIG Range Sh. J. P. K. Ray and other senior officers were also present. This was stated in a press release.
