JORHAT, March 16: Council of Scientific and Industrial Research – North East Institute of Science and Technology (CSIR-NEIST), which was earlier called RRL, Jorhat, is going to celebrate its 57th foundation day with a day-long programme on March 18 at its campus where scientists from all throughout the country are expected to be present, said Ilika Zhimo, the Public Relation Officer (PRO) of NEIST on Thursday.
