CSMSS alleges land scam

JORHAT, June 9: Chah Sramik Mukti Sangram Samiti (CSMSS) Jorhat District unit has alleged that there was a nexus between land mafia and the District Circle office. In  a  press release,  Chah Sramik Mukti Sangram Samiti alleged that plot land under Pulibor police station Parbatia Muza   (Dag No 117 patta No-119) measuring around 4 bigha 9 lessa  had been  sold without the  knowledge of the origil owner with fake legal documents which became possible only due to nexus  between land mafia and the District Circle office. The Chah Sramik Mukti Sangram Samiti has demanded judicial level enquiry into the issue,  handing over the plot of land to the origil owner soon and necessary legal action against the nexus.
