Darrang district fil voters list published

MANGALDAI, January 12: The fil electoral roll for the year 2016 for the four legislative assembly constituencies mely 65 Kalaigaon, 66 Sipajhar, 67 Mangaldai (SC) and 68 Dalgaon in Darrang district was published on January 11.

A total number of 7,09,481 electorates have been included in the fil electoral roll of which 3,67,110 are male and 3,42,371 are female. In 65 Kalaigaon LAC, the numbers of electorates is 1,54,193 of which 79,542 are male and 74,651 are female. Similarly 66 Sipajhar LAC recorded a total of 1,58,210 electorates of which 82,998 are male and 75,212 are female. 67 Mangaldai (SC) LAC recorded the highest number of electorates with a total of 2,00,065 electorates while the number of male electorates is 1,03,140 and 96,925 are female. The religious minority community domited 68 Dalgaon LAC recorded total electorates of 1,97,013 of which 1,01,430 are male and 95,583 are female.

The election branch of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Darrang, said that any interested person may inspect the fil electoral roll in the office of the Electoral Registration Officers (ERO) concerned during the working hours.
