DC briefs in-charges of devotees' camps

GUWAHATI, June 18: Kamrup (M) DC M Angamuthu today held a meeting with the in-charges of all camps of devotees who are in the city for the Ambubachi Mela. The in-charges comprise ACS officers and heads of the relevant departments.

The meeting was mainly on smooth conduct of the Ambubachi Mela and to take it at the tiol level. The DC appealed to all the in-charges to work with discipline.

According to ADC (administration) Debraj Upadhay, the city has been divided into as many as 11 sectors for security reasons.
