DC office employee's demise condoled

SIVASAGAR, June 27: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Sivasagar, has condoled the death of one of its employee, at the Sukafa Conference Hall here on Monday. A condolence meeting was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, i/c, Abhijit Baruah, this afternoon in presence of Assistant Commissioners Priyanku Jyoti Sharma and Shantanu Sharma. All the employees of the DC’s office including its adjacent offices participated in the condolence meeting. The employees condoled the death of junior assistant Rajani Borpatra, who died due to AES on Monday morning. Rajani Borpatra had been undergoing treatment at Pragati Nursing Home and Research Centre in Sivasagar for nearly one week where he breathed his last on Monday morning. Borpatra is survived by his wife only.
