Debapur Parghat bamboo bridge in poor condition

DEMOW, April 5: In Thowra constituency under Demow Circle, the Debapur Parghat bamboo bridge near Demow is in a pathetic condition.

People of Otala, Debapur, Rupapur Sopur, haranibam villages and nearby areas are facing serious problems due to the poor condition of the brigde. The Brihattar Asomiya Yuba Mancha (BAYM), Demow Town Committee alleged that they had demanded the State Government as well as the local MLA of the area to repair the bamboo bridge but to no avail.

BAYM Demow Town Committee has again demanded the State Government as well as the local MLA to repair the Debapur Parghat bamboo bridge.
