Demand to declare Dhekiajuli as subdivision gains momentum

Dhekiajuli, January 12: An all-party dhar to demand immediate declaration of Dhekiajuli as a subdivision was held under the banner of Borsola Samasti garik Moncha on Tuesday in Dhekiajuli. Hundreds of people from different political and non-political parties gathered at the NH 15 near the Circle Office Dhekiajuli and shouted slogans demanding immediate declaration of Dhekiajuli as a subdivision. Members from Congress (I), BJP, AASU, AJYCP, Bhojpuri Students’ Union, Bengali Federation, ABSU, AMSU demanded Deputy Speaker Bhima nda Tanti to receive their memorandum persolly. As soon as the news was received by the Deputy Speaker, he rushed to the spot and received the memorandum.
