Demise of AABYSF leader condoled

Dibrugarh, January 29: The district unit of All Assam Bengali Youths Students’ Federation (AABYSF) has expressed deep sorrow and grief at the demise of its Lakhimpur district committee general secretary, Ajoy Roy, son of Girindra Roy, resident of Kothal Pukhuri, in a tragic bus accident in the midnight of January 25 at Sopur, near Meghalaya. The central committee president of AABYSF, Dipak Dey; general secretary Nirmal Kanti Sheel and publicity secretary Bapi Sarkar have conveyed their deep condolence on the death of Ajoy Roy. The president and general secretary have called upon all its members to light lamps in all AABYSF district offices in the State as a mark of respect to the departed soul on February 4.
