SHILLONG, May 4: Meghalaya Deputy Chief Minister Dr RC Laloo iugurated the Dulong Upper Primary SSA School building which was constructed under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Scheme (SSA) on Monday in presence of Deputy Commissioner, West Jaintia Hills, PS Dkhar. Speaking on the occasion, Laloo expressed his happiness and lauded the initiative taken up by the locals for uplifting education in the locality.
