Dibrugarh district bandh called

DIBRUGARH, MARCH 10: Lepetkata BCPL Local Unemployed Protection Committee (LBCPLLUPC0) has called for a 36 -hour Dibrugarh district bandh  from 5 am of March 11 to 5 pm of March 12 in support of their 7-point charter of demands, including cent per cent employment of local youths in technical and non-technical departments of BCPL. The LBCPLLUPCO earlier, in support of their demands and their successful implementation, staged dhar and hunger strike in front of the BCPL administrative building phase wise, but Barbarua police, as the office bearers of the organization alleged, had foiled their agitation by arresting them for a day.
