Dibrugarh: In recently concluded 3rd Annual National Martial Arts Games and Festival (ANMAGF), 2018 held at SAI, Open Boxing Ring and Bhogeshwari Phukononi Indoor Stadium, Guwahati, 12 participants of Jeet Kune-Do Martial Arts Association, Dibrugarh representing the State bagged ten Gold and two Silver medals in Sub-Juniors, Juniors and Senior categories.

Chinese Shaolin Kungfu Federation(CSKF) and BICHAM Martial Arts Academy (BMAA) jointly organized the ANMAGF,2018 in association with the Global International Martial Arts Federation (GIMAF) with an aim to promote Traditional Martial styles and arts of India as well as the culture of Assam.

The participants headed by Chief Trainer of Jeet Kune-Do Association, Dibrugarh, Sifu Nirmal Kanti Seal, told the Sentinel that the chief jury from U.K, Kelvin and both presidents of Global International Martial Arts (GIMA) and (CSKF), Bicham Kumar Singh and Gom-e Thapa respectively congratulated all the winners for their success.

Sifu Nirmal Kanti Seal also participated in the training course for International Judge, Referee and International Martial Arts Teacher, held on the occasion.

The winners of the Gold medal were Preosi Saikia, Chinmoi Saikia, Nihar Gogoi, Pranab Dutta, Bijay Kumar, Viky Chowdhury, Gaurov Mahato, Rohit Patel and Bikash Kumar Thakur while Silver Medal winners were Musfika Ahmed and Gagan Sharma.
