HAFLONG, April 8: Demanding bifurcation of N C Hills district into two districts with autonomous councils under 3(C ) of Article 244 ( 2 ) & 275 ( 1 ) of the Sixth schedule of the Constitution of India, immediate termition of contract signed with M/s Simplex Som Datt Builders (JV) for construction of Jatinga to Haflong road and repairing of Lumding-Silchar road, the N C Hills Indigenous Students Forum and N C Hills Women Forum have called for 24-hour N C Hills bandh from 5 am on April 9.
