Dispose of files swiftly: CM

GUWAHATI, June 29: Representatives from the Assam Secretariat Service Association, Assam Secretariat Stenographer Association, Assam Secretariat Typist Association, Assam Secretariat 4th Grade Employees’ Association and the Assam Secretariat Drivers’ Association met Chief Minister Sarbanda Sonowal at his office chamber at Assam Secretariat today, congratulated him and apprised him about their various problems. Giving a patient hearing, the Chief Minister assured the representatives that he would consider their demands sympathetically and quickly redress their grievances. Sonowal also appealed to the representatives to work with more sincerity and dedication for the welfare of the people of the State. Sonowal said, “You have to dispose of files swiftly to hasten the pace of development.”
