Domition continues in cycling

DIMORIA, Feb 8: India’s golden run continued on third day of the cycling event of the 12th South Asia Games today.  The women team claimed gold in the 40 km Team Trail Women Elite Cycling while men team took the first position in the 70km Team Trail Men Elite Cycling.  The women team needed 59 minutes 23 seconds to cross  40 km. Sri Lanka and Pakistan took the silver and bronze medal respectively. Indian men team took 1 hour 29 minutes 37 seconds to complete 70km distance. Pakistan and Sri Lanka grabbed the next two positions respectively in this category. The cycling event will conclude tomorrow.
