DIBRUGARH, APRIL 23: A drawing competition for tiny tots will be held at Dibrugarh Government Multipurpose Girls’ Higher Secondary School on April 26 under the aegis of Janeta Ramesh Chandra Baruah Smriti Raksha Samitee (JRCBSRS). The willing competitors may contact artist pensioner Sadar Uddin Ahmed, convenor, JRCBSRS for more detail. According to president of Ramesh Chandra Baruah Smriti Raksha Samitee, the prize distribution will be held at Srimanta Sankardev Auditorium of DHSK College on June 30.
