Dumpers seized

JOYSAGAR, April 4: Sivasagar Divisiol Forest sleuths seized two dumpers on Tuesday as these dumpers were used in carrying smuggled sand and soil from the bank of the Desang river near Sivasagar town. The dumpers have registration numbers AS-04-AC-8466 and AS-04-S-9628. But the owners of the dumper and the smugglers were able to flee from the spot. A case has been registered under Assam Forest and Mining Regulation Act, sources revealed.
