DY 365 lift TG Baruah media cricket title

GUWAHATI, Jan 12: DY365 lifted TG Baruah Inter Media Cricket tourment title defeating combined team of Jasasdharan and Assam Talks by 32 runs in the fil held at the Judges field here today. Ankur Borthakur of DY365, 18 runs in crucial moment and 3-24, adjudged as man of the fil. Elected to bat, Dy365 struggled in the early part of the innings loosing a few quick wickets.Diganta Deka (25, 13 balls) and Ankur steadied the innings and helped Dy365 to register a descent total on the board. However Chasing 125 to win Jasadharan-Assam Talks struggled from the very beginning of the innings and filly bowled out for 92 runs in 16.1 overs. Anupam Hazarika (33) registered the highest individual score for the losing side.Apart from Ankur, Robin Das (2-18) and Binoy Kalita (2-20) too played a crucial role with ball in Dy365’s big victory.
