SHILLONG, Oct 28: The Youth organization of Wahingdoh on Saturday presented the 23rd Educatiol Award to the meritorious students of the locality who have recently excelled in various examitions. Addressing the function, Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills, Peter Sansan Dkhar said, “When the students have an opportunity to study and there are people supporting them they can definitely attain success.” He urged the students to continue working hard and concentrate on studies to achieve more success in their future course of studies. In his speech, headman of Wahingdoh, D. Dkhar said, “The main reason for this award is to encourage other students to achieve success in their studies.”
