Education-cum-community hall iugurated

Dibrugarh, March 26: As a part of Operation Sadbhava 2014-15, a long-felt need of the villagers of Teparchali Bam in Dibrugarh was fulfilled on Thursday with the iuguration of an education-cum-community hall in the presence of Army and civil dignitaries.

The newly-constructed hall is a place for the villagers to gather for various traditiol functions and social welfare activities.  It is also designed for the women of the village to organize meetings, vocatiol courses and other rituals.
