Educationist Bhim Kanta Bharali  passes away at Gaurisagar

Gaurisagar: Bhim Kanta Bharali, retired headmaster of Khanakhokora Girls’ ME School and a resident of Gaurisagar Dicial village, passed away on Tuesday night at his residence due to old-age ailment. He was 82.

He started his service life as an Assistant Teacher of Borhat MV School under Charaideo district and got superannuation in 1998 from Khanakhokora Girls’ ME School as a headmaster. After retirement, he was actively associated with various social organizations.

He was also an active worker of Asom Gana Parishad (AGP). His demise has been widely mourned in greater Gaurisagar and Dikhowmukh area. He is survived by his wife, two sons, two daughters and a host of relatives.
