DEMOW, Nov 20: After senior jourlist Dhirendra th Chakraborty allegedly made a controversial comment on the Nitaipukhuri Professor on Monday, the students of Hem Chandra Deb Goswami College (HCDG) burnt the effigy of Dhirendra th Chakraborty and shouted various slogans in Nitaipukhuri. On the other hand, the All Assam Kalita Students’ Union (AAKSU) said that if Dhirendra th Chakraborty had made such a controversial comment on the Kalita community then he should apologize immediately or the organization would stage protest.
