Election sensitization meeting held in Jorhat

Jorhat, Dec 28: Jorhat Deputy Commissioner Solanki Vishal Vasant organized an election sensitization meeting on Monday at the Jorhat Science Center. About 80 officials, including ADC, Circle Officers, police, all department heads and three subdivision officers participated in the meeting. Deputy Commissioner Solanki Vishal Vasant spoke about election agenda. Several matters like electricity in every polling station, submission of weekly report by police about non-bailable warrant and arms deposition were discussed. First level EVM checking was going on in Jorhat district said Bubul Lekharu, Additiol Deputy Commissioner .
