Ex CM Tarun Gogoi slams Bharatiya Janata Party for stand on Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB)

GUWAHATI: Ex Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi claims that during this year’s polls, the Modi wave has failed to sweep the nation. Addressing the press on Saturday, Gogoi slammed the Prime Minister for standing firm on passing the Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB). He challenged Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal to enter into a debate with him on the issue of corruption and accused the BJP party of being corrupt. “The state BJP leaders have deceived their native land for power,” Gogoi thundered.
