Examinee injured in Golaghat road mishap

Golaghat, Feb 27: While returning home after appearing in the HSLC examition on Monday, a candidate from Kamargaon in Golaghat met with an accident and was seriously injured. According to sources, after appearing for the General Science paper on Monday, a candidate med Sharmila Chetry was returning home at Bosapathar of Kamargaon in Golaghat on a motorcycle with her brother Suman Chetry and her friend Bobita Saikia. Suddenly a speeding dumper hit the motorcycle and in the accident Sharmila Chetry’s brother Suman Chetry and her friend Bobita Saikia died on the spot and Sharmila was seriously wounded. Later, she was taken to Jorhat Medical College and Hospital in a critical condition.
